Me having experience dealing with cloud based tech and consulting and integration services, I realize the need for a secure and consistant cloud service. Many people are concerned with the privacy, or lack thereof, that could occur with storing personal documents into a non-physical storage unit. I can see, though with companies such as ours and Metacloud, we are working toward a more secure and easy to use cloud system for both personal and professional use. Spursh Parikh www.sererra.com

Famed Sicilian Chef Comes to Fairplex
Fabrizia Lanza Kicks Off the Holiday Season With Farm Dinner

POMONA, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/05/12 -- Fabrizia Lanza of Anna Tasca Lanza, the top culinary school in Sicily, will be hosting and preparing this year's final dinner in the McKinley's Grille Table-to-Farm dinner series. Lanza will be visiting from Sicily and touring the United States to promote her new recipe book, "Coming Home to Sicily."

Taking place Friday, Nov. 30, Lanza will be working closely with the restaurant's executive chef, David Teig, to prepare and serve a four-course meal right in the McKinley's Grille farm. Guests will enjoy a wine pairing featuring vintages from Lanza's own Regaleali estate, Tasca d'Almerita, and medal winners from the Los Angeles International Wine & Spirits Competition. Guests also will receive a signed copy of her book.

"Cooking is my passion and I'm looking forward to working with Chef Teig to bring Sicily to life in the McKinley's Grille farm," said Lanza. "My goal is to give guests a taste of traditional Sicilian food with a contemporary flair using the freshest of ingredients from the farm."

For more information, please visit www.mckinleysgrille.com. The dinner is $125 person and space is limited. For reservations please call (909) 868-5915.

The final Table-to-Farm dinner also marks the beginning of the holiday season at Fairplex where, in collaboration with the Sheraton Fairplex Hotel, many groups, ranging from corporations to hospitals and families, host their holiday parties. Every year, the Fairplex creative staff decorates multiple exposition halls with different holiday themes and color schemes to cater to all needs. This year is no different with buildings featuring holiday-inspired landscapes glowing in red, gold, silver and jewel tones, depending on the chosen venue.

"The Sheraton Fairplex staff works closely with event planners to create a unique experience for their guests," said Beth Gallagher, director of food & beverage. "We pride ourselves on the fact that we can devise creative menus with a festive backdrop for groups of any size."
