JavaOne 2006: Xythos Chairman & Co-Founder To Be Interviewed Today on SYS-CON.TV
Kevin Wiggen Joins SYS-CON.TV Live at This Year's Javafest to Talk With Jeremy Geelan About "the Java Alternative to SharePoint"

Kevin Wiggen, Co-Founder and Chairman of Xythos Software, is one of the star guests at today's SYS-CON.TV studio in San Francisco's Moscone Center, where the JavaOne Conference opens today.

Wiggen has been responsible for the management and strategic direction of Xythos since he co-founded the company in 1999. Before starting Xythos, he channeled his entrepreneurial talents into founding and architecting the Oracle Application's Internet products group which helped drive self-service applications to the desktops of business people worldwide.

With his unique combination of experience in both Internet and large business enterprise applications, he understands and excels in the development of large-scale, complex, and user-friendly products.

In today's interview with SYS-CON Media group publisher and editorial director Jeremy Geelan, Wiggen is expected to discuss why Xythos calls its technology "the Java Alternative to Sharepoint" and will talk about what he sees as being the challenges for 2006 and 2006 for Xythos in the space that it calls Basic Content Services.
