(OTC: BDWH) announced today that it anticipates that its new name, International Energy, Ltd., and new symbol will be effective within the next 10 business Days. The company has completed and filed all necessary documents and is awaiting its new trading symbol. As a result of the delays experienced by the company in the state of California, completion of the Transworld Oil & Gas (OTC: TWOG) purchase is now anticipated to be completed by the end of March. About BDW Holdings, Ltd. BDW Holdings, Ltd. intends to become a worldwide company specializing in the extraction and production of oil and gas.
