YV&C International Yacht Vacations & Charters Magazine reports:

We had some crazy email communication this week with a charter boat owner, through his broker, which we copied below and promised this crackpot boat owner (as per his request) that we would actually feature him and his boat in YV&C. What you are reading here is the feature story.

Would you charter a boat from this man? We certainly would not recommend to any of our readers. Now, this story is something for his lawyer to read and we can't wait to hear from him.

Please advise when this will be done. I have received the following from the owner of "X" [65 Feet Catamaran] this morning:

Hi (The Charter Broker):

As of midnight Wed night, they still haven't changed the  photo or added the copyright notices we requested. You want to jerk their chain again and find out when it'll happen? If it doesn't happen soon, the next communication will probably be from my lawyer.

Oh, and if they want to make it up to us, they should do a feature on X.

The subject here is that YV&C recently ran a story announcing the launch of a new yacht charter company. As part of the story, there was an image used from this new charter broker's website. The crackpot owner of this 65 feet catamaran contacted YV&C earlier this week via the following email. YV&C today, decided to remove this news story, including the photo of the crackpot charter boat owner's image which was originally included in this story.
