Innovo Group's Joe's Jeans on Track for Early Spring Delivery of Men's Denim Collection
Innovo Group's Joe's Jeans on Track for Early Spring Delivery of Men's Denim Collection

LOS ANGELES, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 10/27/05 -- Innovo Group Inc. (NASDAQ: INNO) today announced that as its Joe's Jeans, Inc. subsidiary approaches its fifth year in business, company founder and designer, Joe Dahan, embraced the challenge to expand the brand's presence with the re-launch of Joe's® Mens collection for Spring 2006. At present, Joe's® Men's collection is on track for retailers to receive their first deliveries in February 2006.

Following a two-season hiatus off the market as a result of the success of its women's division, Joe's® is now poised to take advantage of the venerable positioning and strength of its brand name. For the greater part of this year, Dahan and his creative team have been steadfast in their commitment to resurrect the Joe's® Men's line which quietly disappeared off the scene in Fall 2004. "The timing is now right to resume our Men's line and explore that part of the market again," Dahan explains. "I anticipate this will be a positive growth opportunity for the Joe's® brand."

After revolutionizing the women's denim market by introducing its "Basic Fits" program in Spring 2004, Dahan incorporated the same concept in his new Mens collection, which consists of four Basic Fits:

* The "Classic" (n: bootcut fit)

* The "Rebel" (n: relaxed fit)

* The "Rocker" (n: skinny flare fit)

* The "Straight Rocker" (n: European style fit)

A limited edition premium line (boasting studded and hand-stitched details) will also be unveiled for Spring 2006, which will target fashion conscious men who desire a hardcore rock and roll esthetic. In addition to denim, Joe's® Mens will include such modern sportswear classics as Pima cotton tees with retro graphic silk screens, low-rise twill & denim trousers, sporty fleece hoodies, and skull chain belts.

The tight introductory collection will hit stores in February, with prices starting at $172 for Basics and $284 for Premium. Joe's® Mens will be sold at select department stores and boutiques across the U.S., with an emphasis on upscale men's retailers. To date, Saks Fifth Avenue, Fred Segal/Ron Herman & Brander Parsons, Marshall Fields, E Street Denim, and RevolveClothing.com have all expressed interest in adding the collection to their Spring 2006 denim lineup.

Presentations to view Joe's® Mens Spring 2006 Collection will be held next month, beginning Tuesday, November 8th through Friday, November 11th at the Company's New York showroom. For more information and/or to schedule an appointment, please contact Adriana Joseph at (212) 354-5444 x128 or adriana@joesjeans.com.
