The new IBM mobile portal, created by Ogilvy Paris, will be serving the UK, Italy, France and Germany and is designed to provide a wireless destination where public sector leaders, C-suites, as well as broader citizens, can discover IBM's vision of Smarter Cities – part of IBM’s Smarter Planet agenda.
