iLinc for Salesforce CRM Now Available on the Salesforce.com AppExchange
iLinc for Salesforce CRM combines iLinc’s feature-rich web collaboration and conferencing technology

iLinc, a provider of web and video conferencing solutions and services, today announced the availability of iLinc for Salesforce CRM on the AppExchange.

iLinc for Salesforce CRM combines iLinc’s feature-rich web collaboration and conferencing technology with the data management functionality of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, enabling organizations to host high-impact online events while ensuring real-time visibility into key registration and attendance information. By automatically adding valuable webinar data to Lead, Contact and Campaign records within Salesforce CRM, iLinc for Salesforce CRM automates key processes that make up the customer lifecycle, freeing up organizations to focus on driving revenue. To further streamline interactions with customers and prospects, the application enables organizations to launch virtual meetings and demos directly from Salesforce CRM.

iLinc for Salesforce CRM lets users who move their webinars and online training sessions to the iLinc platform not only see maximized productivity from the seamless integration of two key business systems, but they also benefit from increased visibility into key metrics from the web meetings and online events they host. Gary Aller, Director of Arizona State University’s Alliance for Construction Excellence, regularly hosts paid training sessions for members of the construction community. By providing him with real-time data about the people who register for and attend his online courses, iLinc for Salesforce CRM enables him to track the success of his courses and customize his pre- and post-event communications. Aller says, “As an integrated web conferencing tool, iLinc for Salesforce CRM provides incredibly useful historical information and has helped us fine-tune our sales and marketing efforts.”

“Salesforce.com customers may conduct webinars and sales demos with greater sales efficacy with iLinc,” said Kendall Collins, chief marketing officer, salesforce.com. “The addition of iLinc for Salesforce CRM to the AppExchange exemplifies the growing ecosystem of applications available to salesforce.com users to help them realize customer success.”

Built using the Force.com platform, iLinc for Salesforce CRM is immediately available for test drive and deployment on the AppExchange at http://www.salesforce.com/appexchange/.
